
Once again, the St. Louis BBQ Society is proud to support The Brass Rail Restaurant in O’Fallon, Missouri, as they serve free meals to those in need.
The Brass Rail has been providing these complimentary Thanksgiving meals for over a decade, and their reach grows each year—now serving thousands. Those in need can sign up online for delivery, carryout, or dine-in service on Thanksgiving Day. Meal preparation begins the Sunday before Thanksgiving and continues throughout the week.
BBQ teams will gather in the Brass Rail parking lot to smoke turkeys, while judges and SLBS members carve and portion over 100 turkey breasts. Our efforts allow the kitchen staff of The Brass Rail to devote their attention to creating side dishes and managing event logistics for this large-scale undertaking.
