The St. Louis BBQ Society exists to bring together barbecue enthusiasts, families, and friends who share a passion for great food, community, and charitable service. We promote the art and tradition of American barbecue as a way to unite people, pass on culinary knowledge, and foster fellowship across generations.
Beyond the pit, we are committed to making a meaningful impact throughout the St. Louis region. Through charity cooks, fundraising events, and volunteer efforts, SLBS proudly supports a wide range of local causes — including Backstoppers, Friends of Kids with Cancer, Operation BBQ Relief, Toys for Tots, Camp Hope, Challenger Baseball, Focus Marines, Shriners Hospital, Circle of Concern, and many more.

Together, we celebrate barbecue not only as a craft, but as a powerful way to strengthen our community, help our neighbors, and carry forward traditions that matter.
