Class Overview
Join us for a full-day training session to become a Certified BBQ Judge with the St. Louis BBQ Society (SLBS).
This course covers judging standards, scoring methods, and best practices for fair competition judging.

- How to complete scorecards correctly
- Ethics and impartiality in competition judging
- Hands-on practice with sample entries
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- SLBS membership (can register onsite)
- Completion of this course grants eligibility to judge SLBS-sanctioned contests
